Participants will engage in low to moderate intensity workouts targeting muscular strength, flexibility, and range of motion with a personal trainer experienced in training persons with limited to no mobility.

Try our adaptive yoga classes! Spanish classes will be on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10 a.m. English classes will be on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 10 a.m. Personal and certified trainers.
