I am a highly motivated and very enthusiastic fitness instructor with over 20 years of fitness instruction and five years of fitness facility management. I retain a highly flexible schedule with direct outreach to a multitude of fitness instructors with various qualifications and certifications. I practice continuing education to ensure that I provide state of the art instruction inclusive of Pilates, Step Aerobics, Muscle Conditioning, Total Body, Line Dance, Boot Camp, Stability Ball, Kickboxing, Certified Nutrition Consultant, Older Adult fitness and Personal Training.
