Ethan recently graduated with an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is excited about joining Discover Financial Services' leadership development program in the fall. Before Kellogg, Ethan worked at GEICO and Qualtrics in customer experience strategy. Outside of work, Ethan loves spending time with his family, mountain biking, and being involved in disability-focused initiatives.
