My training style is focused on four things - enjoyment, exercise, nutrition, and overall healthy living. I strive on helping people of all ages, sizes, and abilities achieve their fitness goals through hard work and learning what’s possible for them.
I am unique because I am my own testimony. Through my own journey, I have witnessed, experienced, and felt first hand what it’s like to be frustrated and unhappy in my own skin. I know the feelings of disappointment, frustration, and anger of letting my body get to a point where it was not at its optimum.
As your personal trainer and instructor, I have been there, and I understand. My experiences help me remain confident in being able to assist clients with their goals, as well as achieving them.
