Known as "The Happy One," I am passionate about sharing my love for fitness with others. With a background in Program Management and years of experience as an Energetic Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Specialist, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. I strongly believe in promoting activities and techniques that can transform unhealthy habits into positive changes for the mind, body, and spirit. I have over 30 years of experience and am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those I work with.
