Paul Perez joins the Disability Partnership with a distinguished background that combines over two decades of military service with significant leadership roles in the civilian sector. As a retired career Logistics Readiness Officer and Aircraft Maintenance Officer, Paul dedicated 22 years to the United States Air Force. His service took him to numerous global locations, where he honed a vast array of skills across logistics processes at the unit, operational, acquisition, and wholesale levels. His expertise extends to managing aircraft repair, engine overhaul, materiel management, transportation, distribution, contingency operations, fuels management, aerial port operations, and vehicle fleet maintenance. Additionally, Paul played a crucial role in strategy and policy formulation for Air Force enterprise logistics.

Following his military career, Paul transitioned to the private sector and has held various executive roles over the past eight years at notable firms including CACI, PAE(Amentum), and currently, Versar. In these positions, he has leveraged his deep knowledge in aviation, supply chain, logistics, and facilities maintenance to drive organizational success.

A native of Los Angeles, California, Paul is an alumnus of the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Logistics Management from Georgia College and State University. Paul is happily married to Tracey Alexander-Perez.
